Our paintball picture came out in the paper- DNA,After hours, jan 2oth, pg 4 (I was told we would have made it to pg.3 if it wasn’t for NC’s bad behavior on the battleground) as far I remember there was this only one time I wore a mask for a snap and that is the one which makes it to the newspaper : p. Anyways…thanks a lot to Rashmi (my journalist friend)…

P.S: will surely put up a better picture of the article in some time.

The Red Team

VK had once mentioned about it when i was in 3rd sem sometime. Having watched it on discovery kids…I had thought it was kiddish and ignored it. I don’t know how it all worked out but suddenly  one fine day 12 of us ended up going to play paintball. Though I still haven’t been able to make out whether it was kiddish or not, it was a lot of fun….

location: Bannergatta Rd.
occasion: semester vacation (jan 2009)
headcount: 12 of us
cost:500/- per head

The Event:

split into 2 teams (6 each). 3 rounds of play 1st one: the team losing all its players first loses, 2nd and 3rd was something to do with posting flags in the opponent team’s base., 20 bullets per round. My team won…nothing great actually…the other team sucked.

We had ammo left so we could make our own 4th round- whoever hit NC the most number of times wins. In the excitement everyone lost count…so wonder who won.

@ the end of the day:

Felt 3 rounds were too short, but it was total fun. And oh ya… the pellets really hurt.
